Submit the online RCDD Exam Application and current résumé/CV through BICSI Navigator, applicable qualification documents, requested further experience verification and the nonrefundable application fee; BICSI determines eligibility before authorization.
Assessment Boundary
One computer-based RCDD v15 knowledge examination; practical work and experience are eligibility/context, not a separate hands-on exam in this route.

Experience Definition
ICT experience covers design, management, integration and installation of pathways, spaces, optical fiber/copper distribution systems, wireless systems and related information/signaling infrastructure. ICT-related experience includes three or more of the official examples on handbook page 10; ICT design-related work and education examples are on pages 11–12.
Preparation
DD115, DD215, TDMM study and other listed resources are suggested study; course attendance is not specified as an initial eligibility requirement in this handbook.
Scheduling
After BICSI approval, use the Exam Authorization Letter, candidate ID and first-attempt voucher to schedule RCDD v15 through Pearson. The application approval is valid for one year; legal-name and identification requirements apply.
