Conduct
Review and accept the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Code of Conduct at the beginning of the exam. No hard-copy or online references are allowed.
Eligibility
No prerequisite certification. The owner recommends six or more months of Salesforce Platform Administrator experience and competence in the published objectives.
Language
English examination; passing score 68%.
Scheduling
Rolling appointments: sign in to Trailhead Academy, select this exam, select online-proctored delivery or an onsite testing center and available date/time, and complete checkout. Meet ID requirements; onsite ID name must exactly match booking. Online candidates must review Windows/Mac technical requirements and run the Pearson system test.
Scope
Initial qualification only; ongoing certification maintenance is outside this task.
