The Commission licensing page nevertheless states: "An applicant shall be a legal resident of the United States and have reached the age of majority."; this is retained as the Board’s stated application demand.
- Board waiver demand
- The Commission page states: "Prelicensure Education Waiver – Examination candidates currently licensed as real estate brokers in other states or jurisdictions are eligible to apply for a waiver of 60 of the 90 hours of prelicensure education if they can provide a certified license history from their resident licensing jurisdiction documenting that they have completed Real Estate Principals and Practice and Real Estate Law or their substantial equivalent. The waiver may also exempt an applicant meeting these criteria from taking the national broker exam, unless they have only taken the salesperson exam in their resident licensing jurisdiction. Applicants would still be required to take a 30-hour Broker Basics course, and take the state portion of the broker examination and possibly the national broker exam if they have only completed the salesperson exam in their resident licensing jurisdiction.". Rule 16.61.3.9(B)(2) also allows originally licensed salespersons to apply for waivers; the applicant must obtain the Commission’s determination.

- Insurance

- Passing window
