Special Volunteer License issuance to a psychologist licensed elsewhere
Application
Submit the Special Volunteer application, recent photograph, recommendation letters, citizenship/legal-presence evidence, required disclosure history and practitioner profile information. No application or issuance fee applies.

Application
Submit the completed signed renewal application by expiration, comply with the biennial CE requirements and register required supervisors.
