Volunteer health care practitioner licensure — pharmacist
No examination is required for this applicant pathway.
- Applicant Condition
- Applicant previously held an unrestricted pharmacist license in a U.S. jurisdiction, will practice exclusively as an uncompensated volunteer at a qualified location, and has a supervising professional and delegation of service agreement.
