Registration
Register, attend and pass 1Z0-1109-26; an available Oracle exam attempt and account are needed, and the examination must be taken before subscription expiry. Candidates must accept the Oracle Certification Program Candidate Agreement before testing; selecting Start signifies agreement, and a candidate unable or unwilling to agree must exit and cannot take the exam. Oracle applies its published Export Restrictions Policy to nationals of restricted countries/regions wherever located, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Crimea, with special restrictions for citizens of Venezuela; locating or registering in an otherwise authorized country does not remove the nationality restriction. A restricted national presenting restricted-country ID at a test center is turned away and forfeits the fee. Permanent residents outside the restricted country may request an exemption from the Oracle Certification Program with valid ID proving the new status. The published test-center exception requires two signed IDs without restricted-country addresses, including government-issued ID from the new country of residence establishing permanent residence. Approved asylees outside the embargoed-country list and dual citizens whose most recent citizenship is outside that list are other possible exception categories. Every exception requires complete documentation and case-by-case review under applicable US law; none is automatic, and export licensing may still prevent the exam or award even for a permanent resident. Candidates under 13 are ineligible. Candidates aged 13–17 must have a hard-copy agreement countersigned by a parent or legal guardian before any exam and submit the agreement and signature page under the published instructions. The signature page requires typed information in all nonsignature fields, printing, candidate and parent/guardian signatures, submission by fax or mail, and retention of copies; it also supplies a scan-and-email submission instruction. Oracle states processing takes 7–14 business days. The minor cannot complete the exam until Oracle sends email confirmation of the processed signed agreement; bring and present that confirmation to the testing administrator as the agreement specifies. A minor exam without the parent/guardian-signed agreement is void and invalid.
Training
The examination page explicitly labels recommended training optional. The linked learning path describes course preparation; no prerequisite examination is identified.
Version Context
The linked learning path's Online Certification Exam explicitly names 1Z0-1109-26; residual 2025 course-introduction wording is not an additional examination requirement.
