Award Requirement
Register, attend and pass 1Z0-1146. The current learning path has one actual Online Certification Exam card; its course, preparation and practice-exam modules are not separate credential examinations.
Exam Environment
Government-issued ID matching the registered first and last name; have two acceptable IDs if requested. Use a personal desktop/laptop with reliable internet, microphone and webcam; check in 30 minutes early. Be alone in a quiet room without prohibited devices or materials; headphones and virtual backgrounds are not allowed.
Export Restrictions
Oracle restricts payment and exam delivery for nationals of export-restricted countries and provides documented case-by-case exceptions under its published Export Restrictions Policy; US examination applicability is not an unconditional nationality waiver.
Learning Path Access
The current learning-path HTML also contains a hidden, untriggered certVueMinCompletionDialog (display: none) stating 80% completion to access certification through that path. It is retained as an interface-specific conditional message, not evidence that optional training becomes a mandatory requirement for the independently available exam-registration route.
Minor Eligibility
Candidates under 13 are ineligible for the Oracle Certification Program. Candidates aged 13 through 17 must have a hard copy of the Candidate Agreement countersigned by a parent or legal guardian before taking any Certification Exam. Submit the signed Agreement and the Minor Parent/Guardian Signature Page under the agreement's instructions. On page 6 all information fields must be typed, the completed form printed, and both minor and parent/guardian signature fields signed; handwritten forms other than signatures are not accepted. Section 2.5 and the page 6 submission paragraph specify mail/fax; page 6 also explicitly provides a scan-and-email instruction to ocpreq_ww@oracle.com. Keep copies of the Agreement and signature page. Oracle states that processing takes 7–14 business days after receipt of the Agreement and signature page and sends email confirmation once processed. A minor may not complete any Certification Exam before receiving that confirmation and must bring a copy of the receipt and present confirmation to the Testing Administrator as instructed. An exam completed by a minor without the parent/guardian-signed agreement is void and invalid. These are candidate eligibility and consent conditions; they do not add an examination, require otherwise-optional training, or supply an official route effective date.
Registration
Use an Oracle MyLearn account and valid exam attempt, and accept the Oracle Certification Program Candidate Agreement; choose an available appointment date and take it before the exam-attempt subscription expires. No institution arrangement or reserved seat is established. The advertised rolling scheduling is relevant to the requested 2026-11-25 through 2027-02-28 horizon, but no personal appointment was made or guaranteed.
Training
The target exam page explicitly labels recommended training optional and recommends hands-on Oracle AI Database and AWS experience. The general Oracle professional preparation FAQ says at least twelve months of extensive role/product experience; preserve that preparation expectation rather than invent an additional prerequisite examination.
Validity
No official credential-program or route start/end date was published in the current target sources; null dates do not assert unlimited historical applicability. The current authoritative materials support this investigation's evaluation date. Individual credential recertification periods do not define examination retirement.
