Each license and applicant pathway has its own requirements and exemptions. Choosing practice questions does not determine your eligibility.
Notary Public Commission
Four-year Montana notary public commission. Initial issuance and renewal involve the Montana Notary Exam. Changes to the existing holder’s name or city of residence result in an amended commission certificate. Technology-based services require a separate registration update and approved course examination.
