Each license and applicant pathway has its own requirements and exemptions. Choosing practice questions does not determine your eligibility.
Notary Public Commission
Four-year Arizona notary commission. Electronic and remote online notarization require written authorization. Judicial oath-taking authority under A.R.S. 41-324 is not treated as a separately issued Secretary of State notary credential; commissioned court reporters acting outside judicial proceedings remain subject to ordinary notary requirements.
Licensing authority: Arizona Secretary of State · Application information
