Submit the Board-requested records; that implementing form does not override statutory enrollment and transition provisions.

Other approved exam evidence
LAC 46:XLIV.1301(A)(1) permits a Board-approved NCCA-accredited national examination. Score window
LAC 46:XLIV.1301(A)(3) and the first conditional R.S. 37:3556(A)(2) provision require passage within two years of filing. The successor statutory provision omits that limit; applicability follows Act 779 Section 3, while the Board rule continues to state the two-year limit.
