Licenses, application pathways and examination requirements

Each license and applicant pathway has its own requirements and exemptions. Choosing practice questions does not determine your eligibility.

Insurance Producer License

Individual producer licensing for property, casualty, their combined qualification and personal lines. Authority is held on one producer licence; line selections are route conditions. Chapter 33 Article 12 supplies issuance, exemptions, temporary licences and renewal rules; 114CSR2 and 114CSR2A supply designation and provisional provisions. Statutory portable-electronics exemptions are confined to compliant vendors and their representatives under §33-12-32a, rather than an exemption for the ordinary profession.
