Insurance Producer — Life
Individual Life authority covers human lives, endowment and annuities, including the ordinary initial and returning-applicant routes. Preneed burial and scripted telemarketing are activities of this license, with distinct continuing-education conditions, rather than separate credentials. Section 33-12-19 expressly prohibits solicitors for life insurance agents.
