Each license and applicant pathway has its own requirements and exemptions. Choosing practice questions does not determine your eligibility.

HPE Aruba Networking certified associate - Campus access

HPE Aruba Networking technical certification at Associate level validating fundamental knowledge, skills and practical experience for configuring and managing campus wired, wireless, security and management technologies.

Licensing authority: Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Initial by examination
Accounts And Reservation
Use an HPE profile and the HPE credential management platform to select an eligible exam and finalize the Pearson reservation. Current explicit migration instructions replace the certification-sheet wording requiring separate Learner ID and Pearson credentials for examination access. Learner ID remains required for applicable HPE Learning Partner instructor-led training.
Assessment
The English HPE6-A85 written examination is required; the initial-path table does not impose a separate Expert practical examination.
Certification Enrollment
The certification data sheet also describes registration in The Learning Center to make certification progress visible; this tracking instruction is preserved separately from the superseded examination-account instructions.
Delivery
HPE6-A85 is proctored; Pearson testing centers and OnVUE are available channels under Pearson policy. Actual appointment inventory and OnVUE admission requirements apply; no appointment or seat is guaranteed.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites for the initial certification path. Foundational networking experience and relevant courses are recommended; the ideal-candidate experience description is not a mandatory eligibility threshold.
Scope
Candidates new to this certification; initial award only. Recertification alternatives and other examination codes are not investigated.
Training
Campus Access Fundamentals is recommended preparation, not a second required examination. Course attendance and materials do not guarantee passing; objective-related knowledge outside courseware remains examinable.
