Licensing authority: Wyoming Board of Hearing Aid Specialists · Application information

Statutory certificate of endorsement
No examination is required for this applicant pathway.
Board Implementation
The Board publishes a licensure-by-endorsement form requiring the jurisprudence examination under Chapter 3 Section 5(b)(iv); that implementing demand is disclosed here rather than overriding the certificate-specific statutory qualifying-examination exemption.
Eligibility

Application
Submit a completed signed application, required fee, lawful-presence documents, professional and licensing history, and requested supporting explanations. Applications expire one year after submission.
Conflicting Application Introduction
The endorsement checklist introduction also states: Mail this form back to the address above. Upon receipt of all of the application materials, your application will be preliminarily approved to take the IHS written examination and the State of Wyoming’s Practical and Jurisprudence examinations. Chapter 3 Section 5(b) lists only the jurisprudence examination; its higher-ranked exhaustive requirements govern this pathway. The application introduction is retained for applicant awareness.
Eligibility
Hold an active license from another jurisdiction with licensure requirements as stringent as Wyoming; the Board determines equivalency and competency under W.S. 33-1-120.
Equipment Calibration

Initial License Fee

Prior Examination Equivalence

Qualifying Examination Exemption
W.S. 33-35-108(b) exempts the statutory certificate of endorsement from the qualifying examination. For the Board licensure-by-endorsement pathway, W.S. 33-1-120(b)(i)(D) expressly permits a separate Wyoming law examination and Chapter 3 Section 5(b)(iv) exercises that authority.
