Practice Restriction
CTLA alone does not permit third-party audits or issuing statements, letters or certificates; the holder must work for a TIA Accredited Licensed Certification Body and satisfy TIA auditor accreditation obligations.
Prerequisite Boundary
These are existing certificate qualifications, not new requirements to sit separately investigated prerequisite examinations in this task; no prerequisite examination or identity is duplicated.
Source Wording
The EXIN page spells the training CLTA; the adopted CTLA guide and EPI's CTLA award policy identify the actual program. The EPI page's prerequisite paragraph mentions passing the CTDC exam, but its explicit Business Case and Exam and certification paragraphs identify the CTLA award examination. The required CTDC certificate remains a prerequisite, without creating a second CTLA examination.
