Award
Pass the applicable Confluence Administration for Cloud examination and comply with the candidate agreement and relevant program policies.
Eligibility
The candidate agreement is for individuals at least 18 years old with authority to accept it. Register with Atlassian and its exam-service providers or create accounts. Observe the current export-territory, nationality, sanctions-list and identification restrictions in the official participation policies.
Registration
Use CM Connect with Atlassian SSO or personal email, then Schedule and Take Exams and Certiverse. Company name is required but N/A is permitted. Pay the delivery provider by credit card. Online proctoring requires successful installation and testing of the secure browser and compliance with the provider's environment and identification requirements.
Rescheduling
Current policies require cancellation/rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment for refund; late cancellation forfeits the fee, and rescheduled appointments must be within 60 days of the original appointment.
Retakes
ACP exams allow four total attempts, with 14 days between attempts; applicable retakes cost the original price.
Training
The current exam page recommends documentation review, independent study, real-world experience and free on-demand training; no separately mandatory paid course or prerequisite examination is identified in the applicable exam-specific materials.
