- Applicability
- The live CSQP certification page currently adopts the linked 2023 BOK and publishes the selected window; no official inception or retirement boundary is asserted.
- Application Deadline
- December 7, 2026
- Eligibility
- Eight years of full-time paid experience in BOK areas, including three years in a decision-making position (authority to define, execute or control projects/processes and responsibility for outcomes). Education waivers require a college, university, or technical school with accreditation accepted by ASQ. Only one education waiver: technical/trade diploma one year, associate degree two, bachelor's four, master's/doctorate five; foreign qualifications must be equivalent to U.S. educational qualifications. Prior specified ASQ certifications can supply qualifying experience and are not mandatory prerequisite examinations. The handbook also requires proof of professionalism.
