["Two years of relevant damage analysis and estimating work experience.","Current I-CAR Platinum status in a role corresponding to Collision Damage Estimator, with a copy of the current certificate.","Four academic years of full-time teaching, or part-time equivalent, as an instructor rather than a teaching assistant in a corresponding high-school or post-secondary Auto, M/H Truck, or Collision-Refinish program, plus at least 20 hours of technical update training in the last 12 months; this teaching alternative cannot be combined with traditional hands-on experience or Formal Education substitutions, and requires a school-letterhead letter signed by the principal or dean detailing teaching and update training."]
